Before using

DO NOT START OR STOP any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval. Inform your doctor of any other medical conditions including adrenal gland problems, thyroid problems, undiagnosed/abnormal uterine bleeding, allergies, pregnancy, or breast-feeding. USE OF THIS MEDICINE IS NOT RECOMMENDED if you have a history of certain cancers, enlarged ovaries, or primary ovarian failure. Contact your doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions or concerns about taking this medicine.

Directions
Follow the directions for using this medicine provided by your doctor. This medicine is sometimes used at home as an injection. If you are using this medicine at home, a healthcare professional will provide detailed instructions for its appropriate use. This medicine comes with a patient information leaflet. Read it carefully. Ask your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist any questions that you may have about this medicine. Do not use this medicine if it is cloudy or contains particles. Before mixing, the powder may be stored refrigerated or at room temperature at 77 degrees F (25 degrees C) away from light and moisture. Following mixing, the vial should be stored refrigerated between 36 to 46 degrees F (2 to 8 degrees C). Protect from light. Discard unused solution after 28 days. IF YOU MISS A DOSE OF THIS MEDICINE, take it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do NOT take 2 doses at once.

Cautions
KEEP ALL DOCTOR AND LABORATORY APPOINTMENTS while you are using this medicine. THE USE OF THIS MEDICINE may result in multiple pregnancy (twins, etc.). Discuss this possibility with your doctor. DO NOT USE THIS MEDICINE if you are pregnant. IF YOU SUSPECT THAT YOU COULD BE PREGNANT, contact your doctor. IT IS UNKNOWN IF THIS MEDICINE IS EXCRETED in breast milk. DO NOT BREAST-FEED while taking this medicine.

Possible side effects
SIDE EFFECTS, that may go away during treatment, include abdominal pain or swelling, breast tenderness, or headache. If they continue or are bothersome, check with your doctor. CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if you experience severe lower abdominal pain or swelling, rash or pain at the injection site, nausea, vomiting, weight gain, severe headache, shortness of breath, or weakness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist.
