How To Use
Follow the directions for using this medication provided by your doctor or pharmacists. Take your medication at the same time each day. If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not double doses. Skipping doses and doubling doses may cause unwanted effects. Store this medicine at room temperature, away from heat and light. Do not keep outdated medicine or medicine no longer needed.

How Drug Works
Anticholinergic drugs block the action of acetecholine, a chemical released by nerve endings. Acetecholione stimulates muscle contractions, increases secretions in the mouth, airways, and lungs, and slows the heartbeat. By blocking acetylcholine, isopropamide decreases gastric acid secretion.
